Do I have a variety of choices in wood selections out of which my stairs and railings are made?
We can build stairs and railings in a large variety of wood species, such as red oak, white oak, poplar, pine, maple, cherry, Brazillian cherry, hickory and many more. If we do not have what you are looking for directly in stock, we can always find ways on getting that specific wood needed to suit your specifications.

Do you have a showroom to see all of the railing options?
Yes, we do. You are always welcome to visit our showroom, that is located in 1971 Union Boulevard, Bay Shore, NY. Our showroom hours are 9am-5pm.
Can I replace just the spindles and keep the top rail and post?
Yes, you can.
How are the stairs delivered?
All of our stairs are delivered by our own installation crew members.
What kind of stairs do you make?
We make all kind of stairs. Straight, curved, with winders, you name it. We do it.
Do you assemble stairs in the shop or on-site?
The majority of our stairs are assembled in the shop, but there are always exceptions. For example, if there is no clearance for us to bring in an assembled staircase right in to your home, we assemble it on-site.
Do you do wood finishing?
Unfortunately, no. But we can recommend few trusted wood finishers that will get the job done.

What kind of method of payment do you accept?
We accept all methods of payment. Credit cards, checks and cash.
How much dust is there?
We try to keep the dust to a minimum but like any remodel there will be some. We do our best to keep the dust isolated to the areas that we are working in. Our install crew will clean up when they are done but the light dusting we leave to you.
Do you take out old staircase after installing the new one?
Unfortunately no.
Do you work with stainless steel?
Yes, we do. We quite frequently use Q-railing hardware, which is the innovative, high-quality designer railing system. You can see some examples of the stainless steel railings that we did in our portfolio section.
Do you install iron balusters?
Yes, we do. You can see some examples of the iron balusters in our portfolio section.
Do you work with glass?
Yes, we do. You can see some examples of the glass projects in our portfolio section.
